    What We Offer

In October 2025, we launched a new podcast series, called Women on Wisdom, where we have real conversations about leadership, life, and the messy, meaningful moments in between. This series is about amplifying real stories, reclaiming our voices, and closing the gender gap faster than 123 years. While the podcast aims to inspire deep reflection, we also want to support translating thought into action.

Wisdom in Action is a high-touch, emotionally intelligent development experience that ensures those conversations lead to lasting transformation—helping women not just share their stories, but shape their future with courage, clarity, and connection through coaching, learning, and community.

    Core Features

    • Personal Coaching – “Claim Your Wisdom” by raising self-awareness and building brand, influence, communication, well-being, and leading with impact

    • Leadership Labs – “From Insight to Impact” through facilitated workshops, retreats, or talks that explore topics such as core leadership skills, communication and influence, career growth and advancement, and work life design

    • Keynote Talk – “Bridging the Gap” by Sandra Boyd, delving into the obstacles that still hold women back and engage in meaningful discussions about fostering a supportive community where all women can thrive

    Why It Matters

    • It will take 123 years for women worldwide to reach full parity in equal pay, equal opportunity, equal safety, and equal representation. Canada is ranked 32nd out of 145 countries. (2025 Global Gender Gap Report)

    • Women disproportionately exit when advancement, flexibility, and support stall, which costs organizations 1.5–2× salary due to recruiting, onboarding, and lost productivity and. (Gallup)

    • Women are underrepresented at every leadership level, and it is known that homogeneous leadership teams underperform financially. (McKinsey & Company – Diversity Wins)

    • Younger talent prioritizes values, equity, and flexibility when choosing employers, so perceived inaction harms attraction and retention. (Deloitte – Global Human Capital Trends)

    Benefits for Your Organization

    • Retain and advance top female talent by addressing the real drivers of disengagement and exit—growth, visibility, flexibility, and support

    • Strengthen leadership effectiveness and performance through coaching and applied learning that build confidence, influence, communication, and decision-making

    • Build a sustainable, diverse leadership pipeline that improves innovation, financial performance, and succession readiness

    • Enhance employer brand and employee engagement by demonstrating a credible commitment to women’s development
