Looking back at my career, there’s been one clear theme: helping people and organizations work through change. That messy, exciting, sometimes stressful space between what was and what’s next. I’m there to walk alongside my clients — whether they’re reshaping their teams, building new skills, or helping leaders support their people through uncertain times. Whatever the challenge, we figure it out together.

Much of my work has centered around career transition and career management — helping individuals navigate job changes, rediscover their confidence, and find the right next step. At the same time, I’ve supported organizations in building the structures, cultures, and leadership capabilities needed for their people to thrive. It’s always been about setting both individuals and organizations up for long-term success.

Beyond my consulting and coaching work, I’ve also held leadership roles on boards and advisory committees in post-secondary education. That experience has deepened my understanding of how systems shape opportunity — and how important it is to build bridges between education, career, and leadership.
